Online Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Officer at Western Refining in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and research skills - Proficiency in using online communication tools - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Experience in using CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required

Personality traits: - Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues - Reliability in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions
