We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative at Lendlease Group in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions. 4. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. 6. Assist with online marketing efforts and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills to handle customer interactions and resolve issues. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms. 5. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed. 6. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.
