Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job description:


PG&E Corp. is seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with account information, billing inquiries, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate feedback to management


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Presentation skills and attention to detail - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred
