Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


NextEra Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Associate in our Melbourne, Victoria office. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success and develop key skills in the energy industry.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for online customer inquiries and provide timely and effective responses - Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty - Conduct research on customer needs and preferences to continuously improve service offerings - Assist with planning and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives - Monitor customer feedback and trends to make data-driven decisions on how to improve customer experience - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on customer interactions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Motivated and independent with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research and planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
