Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, policy information, claims processing, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with the online platform and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 6. Provide feedback to enhance the online customer experience and improve operational efficiency. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support roles. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Driven and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Strong planning and organization skills.
