Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.


As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support for our online platform. Your duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.


The ideal candidate for this role will be energetic and dedicated, with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for innovation. You must have a proven track record of success in a customer support role, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer support is highly desirable.
