Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online web chat platform, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of online communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service through the web chat platform - Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online experience for customers - Utilize data and analytics to optimize the web chat platform and improve customer satisfaction - Monitor online conversations and respond appropriately to customer feedback and inquiries - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service or web chat management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Excellent problem-solving skills - Reliable and dependable - Persuasion and negotiation skills - Strong analytical skills
