Job Description - Support Assistant

Job Description:


As a Support Assistant at Comcast in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our team members and customers. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience required, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities: - Assist team members with day-to-day tasks, such as handling customer inquiries, preparing reports, and organizing meetings - Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including phone and email - Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any customer issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the support team to ensure all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner - Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - Motivated and passionate individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others to achieve common goals - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other basic computer skills
