Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Baker Hughes is seeking a Support Associate to work remotely from home in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. We are looking for a dedicated and driven individual with excellent planning and cooperation skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with product troubleshooting and testing - Stay up to date on product knowledge and updates - Participate in training and development programs as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working from home and managing time effectively
