Job Description:
The Remote Support Manager at Clorox will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of support specialists who provide technical assistance to customers remotely. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient support for their Clorox products.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor and analyze support ticket metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of remote support services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated support issues and drive resolution - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in remote support services - Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to remote support services - Handle escalations and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in remote support or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote support team - Strong leadership and communication skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Motivated to drive results and exceed performance goals - Ability to research and identify innovative solutions to support challenges - Creativity in problem-solving and decision-making
