Remote Support Representative Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level Remote Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients using various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to banking services and products. 3. Guide clients through online banking platforms and mobile applications. 4. Document client interactions and resolutions in our internal system. 5. Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and software updates to better assist clients. 7. Participate in training sessions to improve your technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support or customer service. 3. Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage people effectively. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 7. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 8. Familiarity with banking systems and financial products is a plus.
