Nationwide is currently seeking a motivated and independent Support Representative to work from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues - Resolving customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Documenting all interactions and solutions in the customer support database - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer support strategies - Participating in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer support best practices
