Web Chat Manager

Veritiv is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 6 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to users.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team, including monitoring chat volumes, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat efficiency, accuracy, and overall customer experience - Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to coordinate web chat efforts and initiatives - Analyze performance data and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team - Persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
