Job Description:

We are currently seeking a confident and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team at News Corp. in Perth, Western Australia. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner through web chat. - Assist customers with navigating our website, products, and services. - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer queries. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. - Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role. - Strong communication and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. - Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRMs. - Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
