Avis Budget Group is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Brisbane, Queensland, AU on a full-time basis. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required - just a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with booking reservations and addressing any issues or concerns they may have - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management - Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and understanding - Stay up to date on industry trends and company policies to provide the best service possible

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong teamwork and persuasion skills - Excellent written communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
