Remote Web Chat Specialist

Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or web chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Innovative thinking and leadership qualities - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
