Job Description

We are ready to welcome a Reservations Sales Agent to our guest obsessed team in this influential role. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role and deliver flawless customer service at every part of their journey. This contract is full time Tues - Sat.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming reservation inquires via phone, email and online channels
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their needs and preferences 
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently in our reservations system
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and policies to guests
• Handle special requests and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities 
• Ability to multask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
