Sales and Service Consultant

Your new role
In this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited to;

• Administration duties as directed 
• Process claim / membership paperwork
• Follow-up sales leads to maximise conversion.
• Help members with any claims and queries on their cover
• Provide quality information and product knowledge and services available to members, potential members and external clients.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require the following;

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs
• Ability to quickly learn and understand policy.
• The ability to undergo and pass a police check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly regarded but not essential Health Insurance experience
• 2 years minimum experience in customer service or similar industry
• Proven experience within a sales environment & customer-focused role.

What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent full-time position based at their Caneland branch, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily with an hour break working 36 hours a week. You will be offered an attractive salary of $60,000 + Super, 5 weeks annual leave + Bonus annual leave loading and benefits including discounted health insurance.
