Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Iteration Manger, you will be responsible for:
Support PI Planning with Release alignment for the Platform Epics planned in that PI.
Complexity assessment for the PE's / Capabilities based on NBN Complexity matrix. This is to help forecasting the costs for the Release, Test & Deployment of PE's / Capabilities
SOS - Track and assess the RAID for the capabilities getting planned in releases. This will be done during the multiple weekly SOS across all PE's/Capabilities
Process set up already to track daily/weekly Release Status - To be tracked and drive for the resolution of any issues/blockers during the Release Campaign.
Spans across SIT/UAT/Environments/Deployments
Involves coordination and Facilitate meetings across Delivery / Bas / Architects / Release / Test / Environment / NTF / CV&T / Business / ASM teams.
Due to complexity of capabilities in C2L delivery teams needed will be from all applications in NBN.
Kick off preparation and track actions for the Releases. Forward planning and meetings with the required teams to ensure all gates are achieved before Release start.
RCR management and alignment with Release team for the adhoc epics release
Facilitate the sessions before SER with all the stakeholders and ensure all Entry Criteria met for the Release.
Attend daily RED Meetings with MR and assist to unblock any issues on the Release. This is across all capabilities delivered from C2L.
Lead the Sessions with Delivery / Bas / Architects / Testing team for finalizing the Test Cases
Daily tracking of SIT/UAT dashboards. Setup/Lead the triage calls only for complex blocker defects with all teams. This is needed sometimes during afterhours as Unify Delivery team and Testing team executes in India Offshore time as well.
Foresee the complexity areas that may come up based on capabilities and plan advanced meetings and checkpoints with the required teams.
SPOC to the Business Readiness Team for ITST Activities below for all the capabilities delivered from C2L.This requires coordination with BA's / Architects / Multiple IMs across applications.
Facilitate Security Impact Assessment and approvals.
Track the ops handover approvals.
Track the capacity approvals.
Track IT Service Continuity and DRR approvals.
Track Showcases and approvals.
Track RSP / SDP Comms.
Facilitate and lead the discussions for business deferrals for any open issues towards end of UAT so that capability can be delivered as part of release. This requires alternate release path to be provided to business and get approvals.
Be across the PROD deployment and WAR Room progress. Facilitate discussions if required to unblock/resolve any issues during this period.
Plutora Management for E2E Release Management tasks for all capabilities in C2L.
POC for BRT for the critical capabilities. Facilitate and lead the discussions with business / ASM / Delivery teams for faster resolution of BRT issues. Also plan with Release team in expediting the path to production for BRT issues.
Skill required:
Working knowledge of Agile lifecycle management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
Good leadership and reporting skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum certified.
Essential:

Domain Knowledge in Telecommunications is preferred and not a must.
Keen to learn new technical skills.
