Service Delivery Manager Positive Behaviour Support We provide various specialist therapy services, working directly with the community, schools and with various departments. We are NDIS registered, specific to this role, Positive Behavior Support service is provided to participants under their NDIS plans. We deliver PBS services throughout Perth metro, regional and other remote cities and towns across Western Australia. Qualifications & experience Relevant Qualification in an allied health background Psychology, Social worker, Occupational Therapy or speech pathology. Experience in delivering Positive Behavior Support or experience working with individuals with disability/mental illness. Demonstrated experience working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviors. Working with Children's card, NDIS clearance and current driving license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission.  Registration with NDIS as a PBS practitioner- proficient, advanced or specialist.  Tasks & responsibilities Collaborate with Management and Staff to monitor enforcement of standards, regulations and service performance Prepare reports for Governance and Leadership team Support services to maintain certification, licensing, accreditation and standards compliance Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders Drive business development for PBS division, aligning to governance strategic direction Maintain PBS division head count, recruit when required Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Provide guidance to other practitioners/ provisional psychologists Review of reports and documentation Supervision with other practitioners Training and development for Team Leads and Practitioners  Maintain small capped caseload Competitive salary and bonus schemes Mobile phone and laptop Career progression and professional development Flexible working conditions Novated vehicle lease option Offices located in Osborne Park or Canning Vale Position advertised, based in Osborne Park Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
