Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Adelaide, South Australia. This full-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs effectively. 5. Problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver delightful experiences.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and driven personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 5. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
