Job Description:
Myer is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance to our customers while leading a team of support agents.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote support agents, providing guidance, training, and support. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues effectively. 3. Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 4. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services. 7. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for professional development.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 5. Presentation and cooperation soft skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
