Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat communication channels - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize knowledge of Ramsay Health Care services to assist customers with booking appointments, providing information, and addressing medical inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service delivery - Follow company guidelines and policies to uphold confidentiality and privacy standards

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in typing and utilizing web chat communication platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and passionate attitude towards providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to changing situations and ability to think on your feet - Cooperation and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
