GameStop is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This is a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in the technology industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and support to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions effectively - Collaborate with other team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues - Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously - Ability to present information clearly and effectively - Comfortable with technology and proficient in using web chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
