Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Murphy USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent service delivery - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service and web chat support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Demonstrated cooperation and creativity in a team environment
