Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As an Associate-level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat feature to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through our web chat platform - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets - Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Proficiency in written communication and typing skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to provide solutions to customers - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
