Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Specialist in a remote work position based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat communication - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective customer support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data privacy - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the most relevant information to customers

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and teamwork skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
