Web Chat Specialist - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team at L Brands. This is a remote work opportunity based in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via written chat - Excellent negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and issues - Resourceful and independent, able to work autonomously in a remote environment - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software
