Charter Australia is a leading institution in Australia, dedicated to providing high-quality vocational education to students from around the world. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic and experienced Education Coordinator to oversee our student admissions and administration processes, as well as trainer scheduling and coordination of training courses. Reporting to our Education Manager, this key NEW role has been developed to provide a central point for key data processing and training course coordination.

This pivotal role ensures efficient management of student applications through to enrolment and post-enrolment monitoring of attendance and performance. The Education Coordinator will oversee one administrative support staff member and collaborate closely with our Education Manager and the Business Development and Marketing team. This role is based in our North Sydney office on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).
