IT Project Officer

2 year fixed term contract with highly reputed client

Requires Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation

NOR location, flexible working & car park available

The client:

A highly renowned WA client based in the Northern suburbs.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Officer with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics OR FinOps ERP system implementations for a 2 year fixed term contract.

Responsibilities include:

Provide support to the ERP implementation project

Document and review current business processes with the view to implementing them in the new Core System

Work within the Project Management Framework, project plan, budgets, and within agreed timeframes

Liaise with stakeholders and provide support in relation to the system implementation

Liaise with the technical teams and subject matter experts

Work with change management and project teams to assist users through the transition period

Key experience:

Strong experience working in an IT project support role on ERP System implementation projects

Technical knowledge of ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft FinOps OR CE Suites preferred

Substantial experience in business improvement

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

The ability to help users transition through a period of system changes

Excellent time management with the ability to meet agreed deadlines

IT Project Management experience is desirable

Relevant tertiary education AND/ OR certifications
