Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in training (e.g., CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Educator in information technology.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, software, and hardware systems.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs tailored to different audiences, from beginners to advanced IT professionals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop training materials, manuals, and course content.
• Familiarity with virtual training tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
