Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering individualised educational programs that cater to a diverse student needs, while integrating Catholic values and Jesuit traditions. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive teaching environment, ensure child safety standards are upheld, and manage classroom activities with strong organisational skills. Additionally, you'll promote holistic education, focusing on students' academic, spiritual, and personal growth, while adapting to a dynamic school environment. Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community is essential, as is staying updated on current educational trends to best support the diverse needs and abilities of students.
