You will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, strategic alignment, and successful execution of our paid marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of paid digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Alongside their global media agency:
- Develop and refine paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Build comprehensive campaign plans, including budgeting, audience segmentation, ad creatives, and messaging.
- Act as internal expert on paid marketing channels, providing guidance for optimal channel utilisation and educating other marketers.
- Monitor campaign budgets closely for efficient fund allocation across channels and campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance data regularly, conducting A/B tests and optimizing strategies based on results
- Track competitor advertising and industry trends to adapt marketing approaches proactively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on advertising regulations in target markets to ensure compliance.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management, communicating insights effectively.
- Role modelling the values of the Company, and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role.
