In this role, you’ll be a critical role of our team at She’s on the Money. Reporting to Founder Victoria Devine, you’ll assist with creating engaging, meaningful and educated pieces that are informative and add value to our community members. 

Job Description

As a Podcast Producer / Content Writer, you will be a critical member of our team, reporting directly to Founder Victoria Devine. Your role will involve creating engaging, meaningful, and informative content that adds value to our community members. Key Responsibilities

Podcast Production

- Research and script podcast segments across multiple brands within the She’s on the Money family.

- Collaborate with talents on the development and production of podcast episodes.

- Oversee end-to-end production, including scripting, recording, and publishing. You will not be audio engineering the podcast as we have an internal editor. 

Podcast Strategy & Marketing

- Develop and execute podcast content strategies to enhance audience engagement and growth.

- Promote podcast shows through owned and earned media channels.

- Assist in writing engaging and informative pieces for She’s on the Money’s blog, website, media, social media, and weekly newsletter.

- Maintain the She’s on the Money ‘voice’ across all content.

Performance Monitoring & Review 

- Monitor content performance and audience engagement.

- Review and ensure content accuracy and compliance prior to publication.

- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with hosts and talent.

Collaboration & Technical Management

- Liaise with our Director to plan and deliver high-quality copy that informs, educates, and inspires our community.

- Troubleshoot recording issues and ensure smooth production processes.

- Manage all podcast production elements including audio & video recording.

About You

Required Skills and Experience

- Podcast Production: Experience in scripting, recording, and publishing podcast episodes.

- Research & Scriptwriting:Strong research skills and ability to write targeted scripts.

- Marketing & SEO: Knowledge of SEO and experience in content marketing strategies.

- Project Management: Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Attention to Detail: Ensuring content accuracy and high editorial standards.

- Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills for blogs, websites, social media, and newsletters.

- Adaptability: Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

- Communication Skills, Strong verbal and written communication.

- Passionate about building community and podcasting.

- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to working solutions for our small but mighty team.

- Interest in financial literacy and empowerment topics is ideal, but not essential.
