Ambitious Roofing Contractor Seeking Project Manager with Builder's Licence Your new company


Your new company has been operating in South-East Queensland for over a decade. Over this time, they have delivered numerous projects across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors, creating a sterling reputation within the industry and being the preferred supplier for many clients. With steady growth, our client is now looking to expand the capabilities of their business, creating further growth opportunities here in South-East Queensland.


Your new role


In your new role as Project Manager, you will lean on your years of experience in construction to help deliver existing and new projects being undertaken. You will also lean on this experience to help grow our clients' business to be able to take on primary contractor opportunities for roofing projects. With the vast majority of our clients' projects being located in SEQ, there will be minimal travel involved in this role; however, it may be required on a sporadic basis. Our client is looking to partner with a candidate for an extended tenure, with equity opportunities available for appropriate candidates.


What you'll need to succeed


To succeed in this position, you will possess a specific skill-set that is indicative of your years' of experience and education. This will include but are not limited to the following:

• QBCC Builder's Licence (Essential)
• Teriary Education in Construction Management and/or Trades Background
• Long History of Successfully Completing Projects in SEQ
• Experience with Metal Roofing Construction (Preferred)
• Ability to Communicate Effectively with Internal and External Stakeholders
• Strong Business Acumen
