Job Description

The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring company compliance across the organization. Some specific compliance requirements for the Company are RTO Standards 2015, and State Contracts for QLD, ACT, SA, and TAS. (QLD is the main State of Operation).

· Developing and implementing company policies.

· Regularly reviewing and evaluating company adherence to policies and regulations.

· Overseeing all business operations relating to compliance.

· Designing and managing control systems to deal with compliance violations.

· Compliance task, schedule, and document management Delivering employee training on compliance issues.

· Keeping abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

· Preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.

Must Haves

· Experience managing organisation compliance
· Exceptional ability to read, understand, and manage legislation, and training contracts
· Experience both representing an organisation in audit and performing internal audits of contract compliance
· Exceptional English spoken and written communication skills
· High level of proficiency in the Microsoft applications suite
· High level problem-solving ability
· Self-motivated

Nice to Haves

· Experience managing compliance for an Australian Registered Training Organization (RTO)
· Familiarity and experience with managing compliance related to Skills Assure Supplier Contract with Queensland Department of Education, Small Business and Training
· Experience providing staff training in organization compliance policies and processes.
