Employment Type:  Part Time 30hrs per week

Pay: $32.49 - $33.46 Per Hour + Super + Allowances

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Sheidow Park is located in an easy, highly accessible street. It is very close to local schools and shops. Our centre is nestled between two flourishing suburbs and provides care for families, not only from the close suburbs, but further afield as well.

 
Our centre caters for 70 children daily aged from six weeks to 5 years of age and provides universal access for Kindergarten aged children.We have a welcoming, community atmosphere, with a focus on providing natural play experiences and a happy, relaxed, caring atmosphere.

You’ll need: 

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current SA Working with Children Check
