About the role Reporting to the Senior Delivery Management Manager, you will be responsible for establishing delivery practices for Investment Slate initiatives and some BAU projects. You will support and manage frameworks designed to identify, monitor and report on all Project delivery to ensure execution is aligned with the Australia Retail strategic priorities. The role will be responsible for oversight and ensuring retail investment projects are equipped with necessary skills, competence and knowledge to effectively execute projects faster, safer and better. The role will support and collaborate closely with retail governance and project teams to identify skills, assess existing capabilities and implement a plan for capabilities uplift and development As a Delivery Analyst, you will be responsible for: Standard, Processes & tools: developing and refining standardized methodologies, frameworks, and processes for project management, to enable faster, safer and better delivery. Project artefacts: create / maintain repositories or knowledge bases where project teams can access relevant templates, guidelines, and reference materials. Capability Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify current and future skill requirements across projects within the organization. Analyse skill gaps and develop strategies to address them effectively. Capability Development: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance the skills and competencies of project teams. Collaborate with internal and external training providers to deliver tailored learning experiences aligned with project needs. Performance Evaluation: Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of capability development initiatives and the impact on project outcomes. Monitor performance trends and provide regular reports to senior management. Role Location: Open to both Melbourne, Australia and Manila, Philippines Role Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time (40 hours per week) What will you bring? Proficient and excellent in powerpoint skills to create training materials Proficient in excel / data analysis Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credentials are advantageous.
