A rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced and talented Executive Chef to join the senior management team, set the standards, run the kitchens and food production for this stunning Hotel.

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery 
• Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
• Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine 
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP 
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
• Well presented, punctual and reliable
• Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• A passion for quality food and produce
