What you'll be doing

  • Work with the SEM manager to develop paid search strategies aligned with clients' marketing goals, target audience, and budget constraints; Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Create and set up paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engine advertising platforms.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust keyword bids, match types, and negative keywords to optimize performance and ensure the right keywords are triggering ads.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and allocate funds effectively to ensure clients get the most value from their advertising spend.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, and ROI. Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Act as the secondary point of contact between the agency and clients, providing updates on campaign performance, discussing strategies, and addressing any concerns.

What we are looking for

  • 1-2+ years experience working in a digital marketing agency working on SEM campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of paid search platforms , such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Familiarity with their interfaces, campaign settings, keyword management, ad formats, and bidding strategies is essential.
  • Strong keyword research skills to identify relevant and high-performing keywords that align with client's goals and target audiences.
  • Being adept at managing advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure clients get the best possible results.
  • The ability to a nalyze competitors ' paid search strategies and derive insights to inform your own campaigns is valuable.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively.
