LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next year. 
To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for hospitality driven Waitstaff, Runners and Bartenders to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.  The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff, Runner or Bartender
• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
• Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Adaptable and have a "can do" attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Friendly and approachable demeanour 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on the fly

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
