LUCAS Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next year. 
To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for industry leading Supervisors, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Venue Managers to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew.  The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated management experience in a high-volume a-la-carte restaurant
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience
• Strong understanding of management and restaurant practices
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Proven ability in building effective relationships
• Exemplary organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Experience with Deputy or similar time and attendance system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
