The Mountain Heritage Hotel located in Katoomba in the majestic Blue Mountains is currently looking for Food & Beverage Attendants who are passionate about delivering great service and can delight our guests every day.

If you've got the ability to smile, be reliable for each and every shift and be ready to create an amazing experience for our guests, we want you on our team!

• Paid at Level 2 in accordance with HIGA Award 
• Full Time 38 hour week across 7 day rotating roster including nights, public holidays and weekends

Essential Criteria to be considered for this role:

• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification (essential) 
• Barista experience (desirable)
• Restaurant/Cafe experience Essential
  Flexibility to work around a varying roster 38 Hours per week
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A positive & professional attitude
• Leadership skills
• Energetic and fit to keep up in a fast-paced role
• A good communicator and team player
• Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines
• Has a high level of personal morale and appearance
• A positive and calm attitude
