Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor Responsible for day-to-day operations in F&B outlets Create memorable and unique experiences for customers

Responsibilities
• Run operations in all F&B outlets • Deliver personalized service with passion and professionalism • Animate the restaurant and bar with creative activations • Control beverage stock and carry out regular stock takes • Familiarize with VIP and regular guests to meet their needs • Operate within liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies
Requirements
• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in F&B operations • Genuine caring approach that engages guests • Creative flair and ability to generate business improvement ideas • Ability to work within a team and build rapport with all departments • Highly organized self-starter with effective priority management • Problem-solving and quick thinking skills • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) • High standard of grooming and presentation • Availability to work on a rotating roster for AM and PM shifts
