The ROLE:

As a key player in our team, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality offerings. Your role extends beyond management – it's about fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to both culinary excellence and community connection.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, with a preference for candidates with a background in upscale dining or similar
• Knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost controls
• Experience in restaurant-level marketing strategies is a PLUS but not required
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
