We are a chain of restaurants in Victoria, at present we have 18 different locations . We have been in business for the last 11 years. We are seeking a Front Of House Supervisor to join our fast-paced, exciting environment.

Someone who has Front Of House Management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, who loves delivering great service as well as mentoring our team, can maintain an incredible balance of getting things done AND delivering an epic experience to our customers.

This is a senior position within our team meaning the right candidate will be responsible for the overall running of the front of house as well as the training & development of front of house staff. The successful candidate will also have strong food & beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills and have a passion for the hospitality industry.

We are seeking someone who has, some, most or all of the following:

• Management experience within the hospitality industry;

• Have a hands on leadership style;

• Outstanding customer service skills;

• The ability to mentor, drive and train our team;

• Be able to think quickly and resolve problems;

• Be organised & have the ability to prioritise;

• A high attention to detail and 'can do' attitude;

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (up to date);

• Well presented, good personal hygiene;

• Desire to learn and grow;

• Availability to work on weekends, public holidays and evening shifts
