HEAD CHEF

Be part of a passionate team in a Head Chef Role, crafting beautiful, traditional food in a hospitality institution in Thornbury. 

Alongside an experienced team, your key responsibilities will be to work alongside the Executive Chef  in the day to day operations of the restaurant.

• Work with a creative & passionate team at the UmbertoGroup
• 5 days a week (40 hour contract)
• Be part of building something beautiful, which Melbourne has not yet seen. Big Growth Ahead. 

Assessing quality control, training and inspiring a team of professionals with support from the UmbertoGroup executive chef.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to create convenient, high quality restaurant products in line with the seasons and also be responsible for sourcing produce from farmers directly and artisans both locally and internationally.

The Head Chef position is full time that is  with a generous package and benefits for the right candidate.  Looking to commence Immediately, coming into an experienced team.
