Job Description As Director of Sales, you will have the chance to construct this role to be your own with the support of reporting into the General Manager. Responsibilities:

• Develop, grow, sustain, maximize and yield business across the MICE segment
• Drive proactive sales activities for the hotel
• As Department Head, lead and manage the sales and events team
• Develop and foster strong working relationships with key corporate clients and PCO's.
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to maximize relationships and revenues

Qualifications

• You are MICE superstar with experience in a minimum of 2 years in a hotel sales capacity
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and PCO's
• Identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive sales activities
• Being results driven and have demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
• All Australian working rights.
