As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are passionate, knowledgeable and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences - leading from the front. With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests, you will be part of an F&B team that delivers exceptional bar service, a refined a la carte lunch, dinner and room service; as well as an extraordinary 'Miss Mi' breakfast experience. Job Description What we're looking for:

• An unbridled passion for food and love for sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of South East Asia cuisine are preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious
• The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience - every guest, every interaction, every day.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Be a calming influence in the midst of a fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
• Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
• Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members.
• Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever-changing environment.
• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times.
• Must have RSA certificate.
