Our Franchise business is currently experiencing considerable growth, thus requiring the services of experienced and motivated Junior Project Manager.

About the role

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project management tasks including expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management. The primary mission of this role is to successfully coordinate projects in our growing new restaurants opening projects. You will also be required to undertake and document site assessments for new restaurant site.

The Role/Duties

The successful applicant will have a keen interest in commercial restaurant projects. Knowledge/experience in commercial restaurant project requirement for the following

The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for the following but also not limited to:

• Project Manage contestable works including coordinating with external and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to constructors, RDMs, designers in order to achieve drawings and design approvals.
• Project design administrative roles, including completion of forms and documentation, negotiation with designer, management of procurement auditing and hand over process to the restaurants with OP.
• Site visits at regular intervals to undertake inspections and audits, meetings, and respond to constructor's queries.
• Learn and understand current standards in accordance with food and health safety legislation.
• Provide support to the business with ad hoc duties when requested.
• Experience in project management, expediting, inspection, and logistics management
• Note: Multilingual skills (specifically fluency in Mandarin) is desirable but not fundamental

Customer Engagement

• All customer enquiries responded to within 24hrs.
• Variations prepared and submitted within 1 week.

Site Assessments

• Documented results (Layout, drawings, cost assessments) provided within 7 days of site visit.

Business Development Support

• Respond to requests for support and information within two days.

Workplace Health and Safety

• Follow Safe Work Practices and procedures.
• Comply with all reasonable instruction in relation to health and safety.

The Candidate

Successful candidate should have or be able to demonstrate:

• Proven delivery of projects
• Well-developed communication, report-writing and documentation skills
• Well-developed computer software skills including google suite
• A current Australian drivers license
• A responsible and reliable attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of the Key Consult team
• Knowledge/Experience with AutoDesk AutoCAD software.
